Craig E. Waterstreet, MSEd, LCPC

Craig has over twenty years of clinical experience in a variety of settings. He has extensive exptertise working with AD/HD, marriage and family problems, substance abuse, and childhood behavioral problems. He utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy that is centered on listening, empathy, validation, problem-solving, and empowerment. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a National Board Certified Counselor, as well as, being certified by the Illinois 9th Judicial Circuit Court as a Divorce Custody Mediator. He holds a Master's degree in Agency Counseling and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.

Jennifer Smith, LCSW, CADC

Jen has over ten years of clinical experience, working with individuals, families, couples and groups. She is a Western Illinois University Alumni, graduating with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2006. She earned a Master of Social Work from University of Illinois in 2009. She has specific expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, impulse control disorders and eating disorders. Jen specializes in work with adolescents and teens, but works with all age groups. Her approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a pragmatic approach to problem solving and behavior change. She is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Amy Hofmeister, MSEd, LCPC

Amy has over twenty years of clinical experience, including inpatient, outpatient, and residential care. Amy received her Bachelor¿s degree from Monmouth College, and earned her Master¿s Degree in Agency Counseling from Western Illinois University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavior Therapy to facilitate growth and change in those she counsels. Amy has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents, but also works with adults and the elderly as well. Amy has expertise in the areas of substance use disorders (individual and family), eating disorders, ADHD, and mood and anxiety disorders. She also has experience working with sexual assault. Amy has previously provided trainings for counselors and teachers on the subject of ADHD, and has also been a guest speaker at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield on the subject of ADHD.
